Eligibility criteria
To apply for SSC CGL 2026 Notification, a candidate must have Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university. The age of applicants should generally be between 18 and 32 years as on the cut-off date mentioned in the official notification. Age relaxation is provided to candidates from SC, ST, OBC, PwD and other reserved categories as per government rules. The posts are based in All India.

Salary & benefits
Selected candidates will receive a pay of ₹25,500 – ₹1,51,100 per month. Government employees are also generally entitled to allowances such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA) and other benefits applicable to the post and pay level.
